Youll be based at our new modern office in Málaga working closely with international colleagues to support our customers across Europe. We expect you to take ownership work with structure and deliver service that makes people smile.
Tasks
- Help customers with their rental bookings and answer any questions they have about our services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly always aiming for a positive outcome.
- Assist in managing rental agreements and paperwork to ensure a smooth process for customers.
- Work closely with other departments to make sure customer needs are met and service quality is high.
- Keep track of customer feedback to help improve our services and ensure great experiences.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English to easily communicate with our diverse customer base.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferably within the technology or automotive industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable with using technology and learning new platforms quickly.
