Net Insight is a global technology leader powering large-scale live broadcast and media networks connecting millions of viewers during the worlds biggest events. Since 2021 the company has been scaling a new Synchronization business powered by its patented Zyntai platform already influencing the global 5G ecosystem.

We are now looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join the Customer Success Synchronization group. This is a highly independent senior role where you work close to customers product and R&D with real influence from customer need to production-ready solution.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Forward Deployed Engineer you ensure that Net Insights cloud-native platforms are reliable scalable and secure in real production environments. The role sits at the intersection of DevOps Infrastructure Systems Engineering and customer-facing engineering.

You act as a key technical bridge between complex customer Kubernetes/OpenShift environments and internal R&D teams. A central part of the role is taking a holistic end-to-end systems perspective tying together infrastructure platform deployment and operations so everything works reliably in mission-critical scenarios.

You will design deploy and operate solutions support customer onboarding troubleshoot complex systems and contribute directly to product development based on real customer feedback. The workload can be intense during onboarding phases but the impact and learning opportunities are significant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design deploy and operate containerized applications in Kubernetes / OpenShift
Own production environments with focus on availability performance and security
Lead troubleshooting root cause analysis and technical investigations
Act as technical integrator across infrastructure platform and application layers
Collaborate with customers on architecture and high-level design
Work closely with R&D teams and contribute to product development
Create and maintain technical documentation

YOUR PROFILE

You enjoy working in complex environments and assembling many moving parts into stable scalable systems. You are comfortable moving between hands-on engineering customer discussions and internal collaboration. You thrive in small autonomous teams and enjoy learning evolving and sharing knowledge.

Technical experience includes

DevOps Systems Infrastructure or SRE roles in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
Operating mission-critical cloud-native platforms and distributed systems
Strong Linux skills
Automation Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines
End-to-end systems thinking
Strong communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts
