The Supply Chain GTM Director will develop and execute a strategy to grow Spaulding Ridges Anaplan Supply Chain business in North America with enterprise-level clients. This leader will focus on building a scalable high-performing business byidentifyingkey plays that expand bookings maximize cross-selling opportunities and deepen long-term client partnerships.
WhatYoullDo:
- Meet and exceed an individual sales target of up to$3M annually
- Lead theend-to-end sales cyclefor Anaplan Supply Chain opportunities:pipeline generation solutioning contracting and deal closure
- Collaborate with Anaplan GTM leadership todefine and execute the growth strategyfor the Supply Chain portfolio
- Identify develop and prioritizemarket offerings and packaged solutionsaligned to enterprise supply chain planning needs
- Build and executeaccount plansfor enterprise clients expanding long-term growth and trusted-advisor relationships
- Oversee and manage theAnaplan Supply Chain sales pipeline aligning with revenue targets for the Planning & Analytics service line
- Identifycross-selling opportunitiesacross Spaulding Ridges services and expand existing client engagements
- Partner with delivery teams toscope and design compelling Anaplan solutionsacross supply chain planning processes (Demand Supply Inventory S&OP Network Optimization etc.)
- Executemarket-facing activitiesincluding events thought leadership partner engagements and relationship building to drive awareness and pipeline
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding complex enterprise supply chain environmentsand deliveringhigh-value planning solutionsthat align with strategic goals
- Provide thought leadership through white papers events webinars and internal enablement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of selling Anaplan solutions ideally in complex or multi-phase environments
- Strong understanding ofagile delivery methodologiesand the Anaplan delivery lifecycle
- Experience selling and delivering toenterprise-level clients
- Demonstratedbusiness development success with the ability to generate revenue from alliances originations and partner channels
- Deepfunctional and/or technicalexpertisein Anaplan specifically within supply chain planning processes
- Strong business operations skills ( business planning margin managementutilizationoversight)
- Experience partnering with a diverse team of consultants sales executives and solution architects to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Existing knowledge ofand relationships withintheAnaplan ecosystem partner channel and supply chain planning community
- Experience leading client-facing activities: requirements gathering stakeholder workshops solution walkthroughs and executive reviews
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively withCxOsand senior supply chain leaders
- Degree inSupply Chain Finance Business Engineering MIS or comparable work experience
