What youll be doing:

• The people we support may have learning difficulties and or Mental health needs.
• Youll support on a 1-1 basis promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community.
• Working to maintain a high level of support thats required for the service needs.
• participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
• This is within a supported living service for adults aged 18

Who you are:

• Quick learner hands-on willing to be flexible in tasks and activities

• You must be flexible as shifts can consist of morning afternoon evenings and sleep-ins depending on service requirements.
