DescriptionThis role provides strategic financial leadership and decision support for Supply Chain Enablement functions including Supply Chain Procurement (Direct and Indirect) Logistics Supply Chain Excellence and the EVP of Product Operations. The position partners closely with senior business leaders to drive financial transparency operational efficiency cost optimization and long-term value creation across endtoend supply chain and product operations.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership governance and financial oversight for the Business Finance function supporting Supply Chain and Product Operations.
- Act as a trusted finance partner to Supply Chain Procurement Logistics Supply Chain Excellence leaders enabling informed and datadriven decision-making.
- Evaluate historical current and forward-looking financial data to assess business performance identify risks and opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
- Lead the preparation and analysis of operating forecasts annual budgets longrange plans and scenario-based outlooks ensuring alignment with operational and strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain robust financial models including whatif and sensitivity analyses to support initiatives such as new product introductions network optimization sourcing strategies makevsbuy decisions and operational transformations.
- Partner crossfunctionally with Operations Procurement Logistics and Commercial Finance to ensure consistent financial assumptions and governance.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies controls and relevant statutory or regulatory requirements.
- Continuously improve financial processes reporting and analytical capabilities through automation standardization and best practices.
Qualifications- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Typically has 6-8 years of experience in Business Finance and typically 0-2 years leadership experience.
- Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
Significant experience in Business Finance Operations Finance or Supply Chain Finance preferably within a multinational or manufacturing environment.
Experience working with senior leadership teams and large complex operations is strongly preferred.
