Key Responsibilities
- Regular follow-up with physician offices and clinic staff
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with accounts
- Providing consistent updates on referrals orders and case status
- Identifying and resolving issues before they become barriers
- Documenting communication clearly and accurately in the system
- Acting as a reliable point of contact between providers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Experience working with physician offices clinics or healthcare accounts
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare infusion pharmacy or medical office experience
- Knowledge of referral workflows and provider expectations
- Experience with CRM EMR or similar documentation systems
