As a Customer Data Specialist at Au Natural Organics you will play a crucial role in managing analyzing and utilizing customer data to enhance our marketing efforts customer service and product development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Management: Organize clean and maintain customer data from various sources while ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior trends and purchasing patterns to provide actionable insights for customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver reports on customer data metrics including lifetime value churn rates and segmentation.
- CRM Optimization: Maintain and optimize the companys CRM system for effective segmentation and personalized marketing.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Utilize customer data to create targeted marketing campaigns and personalized customer interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing customer service and product teams to leverage data for improving customer experience and communication strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct research and surveys to understand customer needs and market trends for product innovation.
- Data Visualization: Present customer data findings using visualization tools for clear interpretation.
- Data Compliance: Ensure customer data handling aligns with privacy regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data analysis or similar roles preferably in the wellness or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of customer data analysis segmentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel Google Analytics and CRM software.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Understanding of customer behavior eCommerce metrics and data privacy laws.
- Excellent attention to detail problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Passion for sustainability organic products and wellness is a plus.
