The Team:

The Global PRG Coordinator will be a member of S&P Globals Workplace Engagement (WE) team which is a part of the Culture and Engagement team within the People organization. The WE team works to create an environment where each of our people feels a genuine sense of connectedness one that supports both our colleagues and the communities we serve. Our enterprise-level PRG team provides guidance and structure to our nine PRGs enabling our global and local PRG leaders to create a culture of connectedness support and respect while enhancing employee engagement through various initiatives and volunteering in our communities. The team also supports our internal Communities informal social groups where colleagues with shared interests can connect and collaborate.


The Impact:

Open to all our employees PRGs are colleague-led networks that provide a sense of community and connectivity across many geographic business and cultural backgrounds. S&P Global proudly supports 9 PRGs with 900 colleagues serving as global and regional board leaders across 100chapters in 30 countries with 28% of our people being part of at least one People Resource Group. Additionally our 30 Communities provide a platform for members to expand their networks exchange ideas and offer and receive support.

As the Global PRG Coordinator at S&P Global you will support and inspire the Global PRG and Communities Ecosystem. You will be at the helm of operationalizing workflows.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the PRG liaison for the Global Workplace Engagement team to ensure alignment and integration of PRG planning and implementation with wider strategies.

  • Meet regularly with PRG leaders and PRG members to coordinate administrative tasks provide input on programming events and initiatives communicate key priorities align on progress and build relationships.

  • Support oversight of the yearly PRG budget and spending by tracking expenses against budget reconciling variances as required coordinating quarterly budget reviews and summarizing year-end spending.

  • Onboard new PRG chapters PRG leaders and support Executive Sponsors where needed.

  • Coordinate with the wider Culture and Engagement team and other enterprise partners on events communications and key initiatives to ensure alignment smooth execution and effective collaboration.

  • Manage and optimize tools trackers and workflows using AI and other technologies where possible to streamline PRG operations and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Work collaboratively across the Workplace Engagement team to bring fresh insights and innovative ideas to S&P Globals global PRG initiatives.

  • Coordinate schedule and execute events like the annual PRG Open House with multiple stakeholders and audience members (internally and externally).

  • Design and prepare collateral across PowerPoint Excel and Word to support initiatives and reporting

  • Onboard new Communities and provide general support to Community Owners and members.

  • Lead participate and support additional duties and projects as requested.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 3 years of working experience).

  • Experience in Workplace Engagement and/or other related HR/People/PRG work.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).

  • Comfortable working with various technology platforms and quickly learning new systems to support PRG operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to enhance PRG programs and initiatives

  • Proven ability to communicate and build relationships with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups. Demonstrated project management skills.
