Role and Responsibilities
Onboarding Hiring & Employee Administration
- Prepare and process offer letters and employment agreements
- Initiate and track background checks and drug screenings
- Coordinate onboarding logistics including first-day instructions
- Arrange employee travel and accommodations when required (flights and hotel bookings)
- Respond to routine employee inquiries and escalate when appropriate
Immigration & Employment Documentation
- Process employment-related immigration paperwork
- Prepare employment verification letters and client-requested employment documentation
- Maintain accurate immigration and employment records
- Coordinate with leadership recruiters and external partners on required documentation
This role executes defined immigration processes but does not provide legal advice.
Compensation Payroll & Personnel Records
- Prepare salary revision merit increase and rate increase documentation
- Process payroll-related tasks and coordinate with Accounting as needed
Compliance Reporting & Audits
- Support internal and client audits
- Prepare and submit ACA reporting documentation for client accounts
- Maintain required compliance documentation and reporting
Systems Accounts & Operational Support
- Maintain HR systems templates and employee documentation
- Manage standardized employee letter templates
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required
- Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established processes
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
- Willingness to learn HR payroll and immigration-related processes through on-the-job training
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
