Job Summary

Senior Specialist Digital Asset Management

Role Summary Responsible for managing day-to-day asset ingestion and metadata accuracy within Sitecore Content Hub. Ensures creative marketing and ecommerce assets are uploaded correctly tagged accurately and easily retrievable across teams. Key Responsibilities Asset Ingestion & Metadata

Upload assets with correct naming taxonomy and metadata.
Perform QC for file and metadata accuracy.
Manage high-volume or exception uploads independently.

Workflow & Cross-System Coordination

Validate transfers across Letsflo Pixelz Workfront and DAM.
Flag and resolve metadata or ingestion issues.
Align with U.S. DAM partners on priorities.

Governance & Quality Control

Maintain metadata accuracy and correct inconsistencies.
Support cleanup tasks such as duplicate removal.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and taxonomy standards.

Required Experience & Skills

4 5 years of experience in Digital Asset Management Content Operations or related roles.
Hands-on experience with DAM platforms (Sitecore Content Hub preferred).
Basic understanding of metadata taxonomy and file management workflows.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with image retouching and digital file formats.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accuracy at scale.
Collaborative proactive and comfortable working in a global cross-functional environment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting global or enterprise-scale creative operations (retail fashion or marketing).
Familiarity with Adobe photoshop Letsflo/Shotflow Pixelz or Workfront a plus.
Exposure to AI-assisted tagging automation tools or metadata enrichment workflows.
Background in library science information management or digital production a plus.
