Job Description:
Configure and support SAP SD and CS/SM modules including service-related business processes
Work on equipment installed base asset tracking serialization and task lists
Design and deliver solutions for service contracts warranties notifications repair orders and service orders
Support inventory management and related logistics processes
Develop functional and technical specifications for ABAP enhancements and custom developments
Collaborate on SD user exits and enhancements for sales orders deliveries and billing
Participate in system integrations interfaces and third-party application connectivity
Support and troubleshoot EDI/IDOC flows
Lead and participate in requirement-gathering workshops and help drive sign-off and solution alignment
Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure end-to-end process integrity
Required Skills:
8 years of hands-on SAP experience with a strong focus on SD and CS/SM
Solid configuration experience in SAP CS/SM and SD modules
Practical experience with service management processes and lifecycle execution
Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments
Strong understanding of cross-module integration and dependencies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders
Experience supporting interfaces and integrations with external systems
