Job Description

Seeking an Technical Lead/ Solutions Architect whos excited about modernizing a major federal publishing this role youll shape the technical vision architect a modern cloud native platform and guide teams through the migration of multiple legacy content systems. If you enjoy solving complex challenges and partnering closely with stakeholders youll feel right at home.

What Youll Do

Lead the technical strategy and roadmap for a modernized publishing platform
Assess and unify legacy systems (Documentum SharePoint custom CMS workflows)
Partner with stakeholders to define enterprise level requirements governance and content models
Architect a headless API first cloud native solution aligned with federal security standards
Design metadata frameworks workflows integration patterns and scalable cloud deployments
Define data migration and ETL strategies for high volume regulatory content
Support engineering teams and oversee solution design testing and delivery

What You Bring

15 years in enterprise solutions architecture digital modernization and large scale content/data migration
Experience working with federal health agencies or similar regulatory environments
Cloud security or enterprise architecture certifications preferred

Required Experience

1. Experience with Content Management System (CMS)

2. Experience with Drupal

3. Experience with Akamai

4. Experience with Mulesoft (anything regarding Mulesoft runtime)

5. Experience with cloud (AWS priority Azure and Google helps)

6. The project is around architecting digitization of paper records so any experience related to that and Documentum and/or Opentext will be preferred
