Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our Talent Development team. This role is responsible for driving professional development across the organization coordinating all aspects of training and training programs. The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal organizational and computer skills with a desire to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Coordination: Manage all aspects of training programs including scheduling communication and planning.
Training Facilitation: Oversee delivery of training making it an engaging experience.
Documentation: Track monitor and document employee training progress and completion in the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure compliance and measure program effectiveness.
Content Creation: Design develop and update high-quality impactful training materials for various delivery methods (in-person virtual e-learning).
Collaborate with global colleagues: Communicate and ensure alignment in initiatives and processes.
Minimal Travel 5-10% of the time
Required Qualifications:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience and comfort in public speaking.
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer and technological skills with demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate complex projects and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously across multiple time zones and countries
Professionalism: A polished professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively and build rapport with all levels of staff and management.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Preferred candidates will have a bachelors degree in Workforce Development Learning & Development Instructional Design Organizational Development Education Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Non-degreed qualified candidates should have at least three (3) years of total professional experience.
Related work experience of 2 years in similar capacity.
