Portfolio Manager- Remote

Conshohocken PA

03 Month Contract with possiblity of extension

Our direct client is looking for a hands on operator to help right size their project portfolio and ensure that their plans are realistic aligned and executable. The process and tooling are already in place - what they need is someone who can work across teams to make the system function effectively.


What Youll Do


Partner with project leads to validate priorities resource needs dependencies and timelines
Build a stretch but achievable baseline portfolio that reflects real capacity and sequencing
Maintain and update the portfolio as conditions change ensuring ongoing alignment
Establish a practical approach for evaluating new requests and integrating them into the plan
Identify risks surface tradeoffs and keep leadership informed with clear structured updates


What You Bring


Strong portfolio or program management experience in complex multi team environments
Ability to drive clarity negotiate priorities and align stakeholders
Comfort working within an existing process and making it operationally effective
Strength in resource planning intake management and scenario modeling
A pragmatic detail oriented mindset with a bias toward execution
