Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong foundation in both business and technical analysis. This role will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams ensuring that solutions are well-defined data-driven and aligned with organizational objectives. Experience in regulated environments such as banking or payments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed business and technical analysis to define requirements for projects enhancements and initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and technical teams to gather analyze and validate business needs and system requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear actionable documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) functional specifications and user stories.
Analyze data using SQL and database tools to support requirements validation issue investigation and decision-making.
