Description
The nCino Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable user stories managing user acceptance testing and delivering data-driven insights to improve product adoption and effectiveness. With a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration the role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders nCino administrators and training teams-ensuring clarity accountability and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires deep nCino experience excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in information systems business finance or a related field.
5 years of direct experience working with the nCino platform in a commercial or retail banking environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail for non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to prioritize work manage competing demands and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
