Job Description
- Acting as a Business Analyst on a team working to modernize and build new capabilities in an Appian based tracking system
- Communicating over Teams with end users as well as technical teams to gather requirements extract information present and relay capabilities
- Leading scrum teams to create development plans and a realistic timeline for releases
- Using Jira and Confluence to capture business requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Requires 12 years of related experience and a bachelors degree (higher degree can substitute for experience)
- Prior experience strongly preferred with federal pharma/regulatory experience
- Experience with technical requirement gathering of COTs applications (or similar) this team specifically uses Appian
- Strong understanding of workflow on an Agile/SAFe team ability to lead the team through scrum
- Ability to communicate well will need to extract requirements from non-technical users and also to relay those requirements to assist the development team understand what needs to be built
