Seeking an experiencedProject Managerto take ownership of a $10M$25M ground-up healthcare construction project in Redding California. This is a high-impact role focused on project financial performance subcontractor coordination scheduling and healthcare compliance (OSHPD/HCAI preferred). The ideal candidate can step into an active project environment and drive execution from early stages through closeout.

What Youll Do

Lead day-to-day management of a complex healthcare project ensuring schedule budget and quality targets are met
Own project financials: job cost tracking forecasting change orders pay applications and SOV management
Coordinate subcontractors procurement RFIs and submittals
Partner with the Superintendent to develop and maintain schedules in Microsoft Project
Work closely with in-house architects owners and senior leadership
Enforce site safety quality control and contract compliance
Support project buyout estimating and closeout documentation

Qualifications

58 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
Strong background in healthcare or large ground-up commercial projects
Demonstrated expertise in project financial management and cost control
Ability to step into an active project and hit the ground running
Proficiency with Microsoft Project
Strong knowledge of contracts change management and subcontract administration
Ability to travel as needed

Preferred/Strong Plus

OSHPD/HCAI experience
Experience with Sage 300 Procore Bluebeam or similar platforms
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or related field
OSHA 30 certification

Compensation & Location Support

Salary: $120000 $140000 DOE
Onsite in Redding CA or Medford. OR
Relocation assistance available (or housing per diem)
