Inviting applications for the role of- Manager RFQ to PO
Overview: Client Management Supply Chain People Management and Operations and identification of improvement Opportunities for Clients across all Geographical Regions.
Responsibilities
Basic Knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean Concepts
Moderate Understanding of Material management
Lead a team of 10 - 12 associates
Monitor and ensure delivery of work across the entire process as per agreed service delivery timelines
Accountable for day-to-day operational management of the process
Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders internally and externally across different functions.
Ensure implementation of standard practices within his/her process (Common Minimum Practices Service Delivery Fundamentals etc)
Accountable for performance against financial parameters
Manage customer relationship
Responsible for driving and meeting the HR metrics in his team
Share and impart knowledge with a focus on continuous improvement
Experience of working in a BPO environment.
Should have worked with US suppliers / customers
Handled a span of at least 15-20 agents for good years
Good understanding and experience in end-to-end Req to PO / Procurement processes
Working experience on Any ERP (desirable Coupa / Ariba / SAP)
Experience of handling Helpdesk model (desirable)
Proven record of handling clients independently in NA regions
Proven record of ability to manage the HR aspects of managing a team (reward motivate and retain talent)
Proven record of orientation to continuous process improvements and familiarity with methodologies such as 6 Sigma Lean etc.
Help to drive Six Sigma / Lean projects for Continuous Improvements

Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Science / Commerce /Analytics/Supply Chain
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
Vast total Experience with good years experience of People Management Supply Chain Spend reporting & Reporting in Procurement / Sourcing Operations in Manufacturing / BPO industries
Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Advanced Knowledge on Google sheets / Smart Sheets Google PowerPoint etc
Good Exposure to Spend Analysis tools
Good Knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement Operations (Supply Chain)
Proficiency in Operations Analytical & Reporting Skills
