How will you make an impact

The Contracts Manager is responsible for leading contracting hotel partners optimizing supplier agreements and optimizing the hotel product portfolio within Hurghada or Sharm El Sheikh. This role requires advanced commercial acumen leadership in supplier management and a deep understanding of distribution dynamics to maximize revenue growth secure exclusive deals and enhance WebBeds competitive positioning.

The position involves managing supplier relationships negotiating competitive contracts and ensuring the companys contracting initiatives align with broader commercial objectives. The role requires extensive market intelligence data-driven decision-making and the ability to build sustainable high-impact supplier agreements.

Key elements to the role include but not limited to:

Strategic Contracting & Supplier Management

  • Lead negotiations with hotel partners global chains and high-value partners to secure optimal terms availability and exclusive rates for the business.
  • Develop and implement contracting strategies that enhance WebBeds inventory and market position.
  • Build long-term strategic supplier relationships ensuring high levels of cooperation performance and revenue growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis identifying trends pricing shifts and competitive threats.
  • Optimize inventory performance ensuring availability dynamic pricing models and best-in-market conditions.

Revenue & Commercial Optimization

  • Drive revenue growth and margin improvement through effective supplier negotiations and contract structuring.
  • Work closely with pricing and revenue management teams to maximize profitability.
  • Identify and implement tactical promotions flash sales and exclusive deals to drive performance.
  • Analyze booking trends supplier contributions and performance metrics to adjust contracting strategies dynamically.
  • Ensure all agreements support the companys commercial goals and deliver tangible ROI on supplier investments.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Collaborate with the global contracting team to provide support knowledge sharing to help a wider professional growth across the business.
  • Ensure KPIs and performance objectives are met within the contracting function.
  • Participate in regular market training and updates to ensure all opportunities are provided to partners.
  • Engage with other regional and global teams to share best practices and drive contracting innovation.

Operational Excellence & Market Expansion

  • Monitor competitor activity market conditions and supplier behaviour adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure contract accuracy compliance and administration align with company standards.
  • Identify new destination opportunities onboarding key properties to enhance WebBeds regional presence.
  • Attend trade shows industry events and supplier meetings as required.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to optimize contractual terms and minimize potential risks.

  • Growth in contracted inventory and revenue contribution.
  • Increased supplier engagement and exclusivity agreements.
  • Achievement of profitability targets through strategic contracting.
  • Performance improvement of junior contract managers and team output.

The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!

  • Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Management Travel & Tourism or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in hotel contracting supplier negotiations or product management within the travel industry.
  • Proven track record in high-value negotiations and supplier relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with expertise in pricing revenue management and market dynamics.
  • Experience in managing contract negotiations and supplier relationships.
  • Ability to develop and implement large-scale contracting strategies.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Ability to travel as required for supplier meetings industry events and market expansion initiatives.
