Job Summary

Manage day-to-day catering facility operations including food production packing dispatch and delivery to airport clients.

Ensure compliance with aviation catering standards food safety regulations and HACCP requirements.

Coordinate with airline clients to ensure accurate meal production based on flight schedules and special requests.

Supervise kitchen production logistics and quality control teams.

Monitor operational KPIs such as productivity waste management service accuracy and on-time delivery.

Implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure adherence to health safety and hygiene standards.

Manage staffing schedules performance evaluations and team development.

Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure availability of raw materials.

Handle operational issues client complaints and service recovery when necessary.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field.

5 10 years of experience in catering hospitality operations or airline catering.

Previous experience in 5-star hotels luxury catering or large-scale food production facilities is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of HACCP ISO standards and food safety regulations.

Experience managing large operational teams.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive operations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
