Your contribution will be
Establishing and continuously improving FOUR PAWS global monitoring & evaluation (M&E) framework to track our strategic tactical and operational performance and impact
Collecting data and analysing complex data sets to provide actionable insights and inform decision-making (developing ETL processes for different data projects using SQL Python Spark etc.)
Developing and implementing methodologies and tools for data collection validation and impact measurement
Designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and data pipelines to enable performance monitoring and insights
Conducting meetings and workshops to collect business requirements and facilitate discussions between key stakeholders to support agreements
Leading and managing multiple process improvement projects across the organisation implementing all steps of the methodology (scope design documentation measurement and evaluation)
Creating and maintaining BPMN process diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar tools to ensure clarity accuracy and alignment across teams
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Hands-on advanced experience with automation and data tools particularly Microsoft Power BI and Excel is required
- Experience using SQL Python Spark or similar data processing tools
- Experience in process analysis mapping and improvement using BPMN standards and tools such as Microsoft Visio (or similar) is preferred
- Implementation-oriented mindset with a focus on practical and sustainable results
- High intercultural competence and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse global teams
- Excellent English and strong communication skills
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
