Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer

In this role we are looking for candidates who have a passion for cloud with knowledge of different cloud architecture environments virtualization and data center automation. Ideal candidates should have technical experience in Architecting to help customers get value from client Platform. This key role demands an initiative-taking individual with a strong background in Computer Science/ Software Engineering. You are meticulous thorough and possess excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of our stakeholders. An initiative-taker you are up-to-speed with the latest developments in the tech world.

Responsibilities
Develop and Maintain Azure Cloud Services in accordance with Security and Standards.
Understands and experience in Configuration Management tools like Ansible or Chef
Hands on experience with Windows and Linux and Administration
Infrastructure provisioning configuration and application deployment is completely automated.
IaC Infrastructure as Code. Automation scripts are treated as code; source controlled and versioned. (So being comfortable with GitHub Linux python scripting PowerShell and etc.)
Be able to troubleshoot issues on the VMs Windows/Linux Server VMs.
Azure DevOps experience
Experience with large complex and highly scalable systems
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform AWS CloudFormation Serverless Framework)
Continuous integration and delivery experience
Cloud Development and Deployment
Hosting and operations management and monitoring
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to communicate with people of varying levels of technical ability.
Write operational procedures.
Work closely with Application/Product owners
Remediate any availability regulatory or performance-related operational deficiencies.
Notify Client of changes to and adoptions of new cloud technology.
Remain current in the knowledge and use of cloud technology virtualization compute storage and management products.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.


Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong experience in Infrastructure and Azure Cloud operations
Hands on experience with Azure cloud native services
Hands on experience with Immutable/Rehydration of Azure services
Experience with Agile and DevOps concepts
Strong communication and written skills
Experience creating technical documentation.
Knowledge of Azure products and services: Azure AD VM Key Vault Backup Monitor Log Analytics Azure SQL Azure Security Center Azure Web Apps and Functions.
