Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3–5 Years Level: Mid-level / Senior Consultant
About the Role
We are looking for a Kinaxis Rapid Response Consultant with hands-on implementation experience to join our Supply Chain Planning practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical and functional expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response enabling them to implement configure and optimize solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in deep-dive client business requirements discovery sessions and develop requirements specifications documentation.
• Configure and customize Kinaxis Rapid Response to meet client-specific requirements.
• Develop comprehensive functional design documents software specifications and testing/training scenarios.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and evaluate business processes to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Visualize and optimize cross-functional business processes across Demand Planning S&OP Supply Planning and Production Planning & Scheduling.
• Translate business requirements to the development team and ensure thorough testing.
• Deliver training to customer end users and support change adoption.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response configuration and implementation
• Proven experience as a Solution Developer on 2–3 Kinaxis Rapid Response projects across various industry verticals.
• Hands-on experience in Kinaxis supply/demand planning modules.
• Strong understanding of S&OP Demand Planning Supply Planning and Inventory Optimization.
• Experience with SAP IBP SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration is a plus.
• Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with multicultural teams distributed globally.
Good to Have
• Kinaxis certifications are highly desirable. Relevant supply chain certifications such as APICS are a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Knowledge of Python SQL or R for data analysis
• Prior consulting firm experience (Big 4 / boutique SCM firms)
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Information Systems or a related field is preferred
• MBA or Master's degree is a plus
