Job Summary
- Elicit understand and challenge business needs from multiple stakeholders to ensure clear feasible and value-driven requirements. Derive requirements from the existing solution.
- Gather validate and document functional and non-functional requirements ensuring they are complete consistent and ready for development.
- Model business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Propose practical solutions by defining expected system behaviour and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Bachelors degree & 17 years of experienceorMasters degree & 13 years of experiencein IT (non-overlapping with studies)
- Holdingone of thefollowingcertificationsis considered anadvantage:

- ITIL certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- PRINCE2 Foundation
- PM2 certification

- Minimum5 yearsof experience withMS Office SuiteorGoogle Docs
- At least3 yearsof experience withUML
- No less than3 yearsof experience on large-scale IT projects.
- In-depth knowledge ofBPMN
- Knowledge ofdata modelling techniquesand tools
- Understanding ofapplication development environment.
