Job Summary
Job Title: WFS Technical & Functional Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced WFS Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Workforce Software (WFS) solutions. The ideal candidate should be certified in PT102 and PT103 possess solid knowledge of WFS concepts and processes and have hands-on experience working on both implementation and AMS projects. The role requires the ability to handle complex technical queries and client-reported issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities 1) Design develop and configure WFS solutions based on business requirements 2) Participate in end-to-end WFS implementations including requirement analysis development testing and deployment 3) Provide AMS support including incident management problem resolution and enhancements 4) Analyze and resolve complex technical issues raised by clients within defined SLAs 5) Work closely with functional consultants business users and stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions
6 )Develop and maintain technical documentation configurations and customizations 7) Support system integrations upgrades and patches related to WFS 8) Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term fixes for recurring issues 9 )Ensure adherence to best practices coding standards and security guidelines 10 )Participate in client discussions and provide technical guidance and recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications & Mandatory Certifications:
1) WFS PT102
2) WFS PT103
3) Strong understanding of WFS concepts architecture and business processes
