As a Sr. Principal Software Engineer you will be a key technical leader responsible for the architecture governance and delivery of our enterprise-scale SaaS products operating with Champion Pace. You will be a recognized internal subject matter expert focusing on providing thought leadership across the organization.
The Mission: What Youll Be Building
You will be the core driver in the conceptualization design development and implementation of new highly complex models and procedures. You will provide strategic technical direction mentor senior and principal team members and leverage broad expertise in highly specialized fields to develop solutions in cloud-native architectures microservices and Agile product development. You will be instrumental in building the next generation of our platform
Technical authority for encoding manufacturing knowledge into ERA the graph and ontology layer that makes ERAs AI defensible.
Your Impact/ What you will be doing:
Design the ERA Knowledge Graph schema: entity types relationship definitions and property graph architecture
Define manufacturing domain ontologies formal representations of ERP concepts agents can reason over
Own query performance for knowledge retrieval agent response latency depends on your design
Lead entity resolution entity lineage tracking and context assembly strategy
Set the technical standard for semantic modeling across the Intelligence sub-team
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Qualifications
10 years in data or AI engineering; expert in graph databases and semantic modeling
Production-grade Neo4j Amazon Neptune or equivalent graph DB experience (schema Cypher/SPARQL performance)
Semantic modeling depth: RDF/OWL ontologies entity resolution and lineage tracking
Experience building data products consumed by AI/ML or agent systems
Hybrid search experience: vector graph retrieval
LLM grounding techniques: retrieval-augmented generation with knowledge graph context
Manufacturing or ERP domain familiarity
