Job Summary
Job Title : Cloud Operations

Roles & Responsibilities
-
Provide global cloud operations support in a follow-the-sun model
-
Respond to incidents outages and performance issues
-
Implement Infrastructure as Code using automation tools
-
Develop scripts to automate operational tasks
-
Maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments
-
Plan and execute infrastructure changes
-
Conduct post-incident reviews and preventive actions
-
Maintain documentation and operational runbooks
-
Coordinate maintenance with stakeholders
-
Participate in on-call and weekend support
Requisites
-
Knowledge of Terraform and Ansible
-
Scripting skills (Python Shell PowerShell PowerCLI)
-
Experience with VMware or OpenShift platforms
-
Linux or Windows administration knowledge
-
Exposure to large-scale infrastructure support
-
ITIL incident/change management understanding
-
Familiarity with monitoring/dashboard tools
-
CI/CD pipeline awareness
