Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day export operations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in order processing shipment coordination documentation and export operations management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end export operations and order processing
- Coordinate with buyers vendors freight forwarders & CHA
- Prepare and verify export documentation (Invoice Packing List BL etc.)
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Manage order status and update internal teams
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation standards
- Coordinate with logistics production and accounts teams
- Handle payment follow-ups and documentation support
- Maintain operational reports and MIS
