This is a long-term project assignment with benefits and has an expected duration of at least one year.

What will you be doing

Conducts participant orientation and intake for the CINA Therapeutic Court program and provides ongoing case management to support compliance with court-ordered requirements. Refers participants to appropriate community resources monitors progress through regular meetings and field contacts and documents compliance in therapeutic court databases. Coordinates with partner agencies to ensure safe substance-free living environments conducts home visits and compliance checks and supports assessments reporting and development of therapeutic response options to promote participant success.

Collaborates with justice system partners and social service agencies to support participants and address case-related issues. Attends court hearings team decision meetings and provides court testimony and compliance updates as required. Serves as a liaison among partner agencies stakeholders and treatment providers to ensure coordinated case planning. Assists with participant tracking eligibility screening status updates and distribution of compliance data including UA results. Represents the program in meetings trainings and community events and adheres to Family Treatment Court Best Practice Standards while maintaining current training and professional development.


Work Hours

Full-time court employees are currently scheduled to work 37.5 hours per week. The work hours for this position are Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break.

Minimum Qualifications

Two years of any combination of postsecondary or vocational experience AND two years of professional or administrative experience in mental health community development research the behavioral sciences the social sciences public administration justice or a closely related field.

OR

Four years of professional or administrative experience in mental health community development research the behavioral sciences the social sciences public administration justice or a closely related field.
