The Role

Palantirs impact in the US Government (USG) space depends on our ability to navigate the world of government and industrial security efficiently and responsibly. Were looking for an Industrial Security Specialist who will play a crucial role in supporting workflows encompassing physical security personnel security and program support. The Industrial Security Specialist will partner with our FSOs and broader Industrial Security Team to plan for the future in support of our Department of Defense (DoD) mission.

As an Industrial Security Specialist youll be part of our Industrial Security Team which is responsible for managing our personnel clearance program and our secure facilities and systems. The Industrial Security Team ensures compliance with security policies regulations and processes within complex organizations while also enabling Palantir to get people and resources where theyre needed most. As a member of the team youll provide outstanding knowledge and customer service to the Palantirians who depend on you to help them push the business forward.

Our Industrial Security Specialists are tenacious resourceful individuals who challenge conventional approaches to find innovative ways to navigate intricate bureaucracies. Youll flawlessly execute important processes to help us deliver outcomes to our customers faster while maintaining rigorous compliance with our customers requirements.

Core Responsibilities

    • Provide support in the daily execution of compliance across personnel and physical security programs within a USG accredited facility
    • Responsible for mandatory USG reporting as it relates to our personnel facility and insider threat programs
    • Maintain data integrity and best practices when operating collateral SCI and SAP clearance application and collateral reinvestigation pipelines in order to grow and maintain Palantirs cleared workforce at pace with our USG business
    • Assist in the development and execution of security education and awareness programs

What We Require

    • Active U.S. DoD Top Secret with eligibility and willingness to obtain a TS/SCI
    • Experience assisting with the implementation and maintenance of a relevant security program
    • Ability to utilize USG information systems such as DISS NBIS SWFT e-QIP and ACCS
Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $82000 - $130000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individuals relevant qualifications work experience skills and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
