Position Summary

We are seeking to recruit a Directorwho will be both the business leadresponsibleforDiversifying Strategiesas well as a member of the leadership team of our Hedge Fund Group (HFG) which oversees the strategic directionand the investment talent for our growing hedge fund business.

This role will oversee a broad and evolving suite of macro fixed income relative valueandcreditstrategiesand investors.The Director will be responsible forensuring strong repeatable investment resultsthe attractiondevelopmentand retention of talent globallyandthe overalllongterm commercial successof the strategies. This position will be basedin London.

The platform has undergone significant evolution over recent yearsexpanding its roster of portfolio managers increasing dimensionality strengthening risk allocation frameworks and integrating more tightly across the firms global macro and multi-strategy efforts. The Director will accelerate this momentumand will serve as thetalent manager andan investment operational cultural and commercial leader.

Specific responsibilitieswill include but will not be limited to the following:

1. Talent Management:Attract motivatedevelopandretainworld class investment talent. Foster an investment culture that balances the independence and focus required of hedge fund investing with integration into the firms broader highly collaborative investment ecosystem;

2. Business Leadership and Strategic direction: Serve as a business leaderdefiningthelong termvision and strategyof Diversifying Strategies in partnership withthe Head of theHedge Fund Groupand Investor Relations. Lead theexecution ofthe business plan andmanageday to dayoperations; partner with our clientplatformon fund and growth strategy and with other investment business leaders to define theinter-connectedtalent strategyto deliveroutstanding performance for our clients;

3. Investment performanceintegrityand risk: Provide fiduciary and supervisory oversight ensuring our fundstake risksconsistent with client expectations; help Portfolio Managersto strengthenteam dynamics and execute aclear investmentphilosophysupported by a strongprocess and risk plan;

4. Infrastructure and support: Partner with Operations Technologyand other groupsto scale the platform enhance data and analytics capabilities andmaintaina resilient operating model.

Qualifications

The ideal candidatemust be the utmost fiduciary a strategicthinkerand aproblem solver. They will havea highly competitive drivemixed with strong collaborationskills to activatethe firmtowards our commercial ambition.They are likely to have:

- 15 yrs of relevant experience in macroor multi-strategyhedge fund business leadership or relatedfields;

- Deep understanding of global macro markets diversified strategy sets andriskadjustedportfolio construction;

- Credibility as a manager of investors with a proventrack recordof attractingretaining developing and motivating investment talentand thestrongest ability to build trust-based relationships with investors.A laserfocuson helping investors succeed withalong termview on talent that combines excellence and rigor withflexibilityandempathy.

- Strategic orientation with the ability to define and execute a strong business planand financial model;

- Outstanding collaboration and leadership skills able to work successfully with experienced investors and with multiple functions across thefirm;

- Strongorganizational skills ableto manage prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously and results orientated;

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills ableto articulate and integratenumerousviewpoints and mobilize/influence across the firm and represent the function internally andexternally;

- The ability to navigate stressful situations withcomposure a calming pragmatic problemsolverandactivelistener;

- Prior management experience of investors (first-hand investment experience either as an Analyst or Portfolio Managerisadvantageous).
