About the role Mō te tūranga mahi

This is a unique and challenging role supporting administration employees who are often not only new to ACC but also working in their first role in a corporate environment. They bring a fantastic customer focus but still learning the intricacies of working in an office environment.

As a Team Leader in our Manukau Administration team key to your success will be your ability to guide yourteam and enable them toprovide a proactive efficient supportiveservice for our clients. Ensuring that our clients receive the right supportto enabletheir effectiverehabilitation and subsequent return to willbesetting the expectations and the ACC behavioursto ensure their success.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $101287 and $119161 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. • Leadership experience in a customer focused or service delivery environment.
• Proven ability to motivate operational teams to achieve customer outcomes using data and insights.
• Experience coaching people to achieveresults adapting your approach to suit individual needs and styles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make pragmatic decisions in complex and/or challenging situations.
• Theabilityto create a high performing and highly engaged team.
• A knowledge of Recovery Administration would be advantageous.
