Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Ordering receiving and inspecting incoming materials for quality/quantity.
Stock Control: Maintaining minimum stock levels managing stock registers (manual/ERP) and organizing items.
Operations & Logistics: Organizing warehouse/store layout managing dispatch and ensuring proper 5S/housekeeping practices.
Documentation: Preparing daily monthly and annual stock reconciliation reports for accounting and auditing.
Supervision: Leading store staff ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and coordinating with departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Generally 2-5 years in inventory logistics or store management.
Skills: Proficiency in inventory software/ERP (e.g. SAP Tally) strong organizational skills and knowledge of safety procedures.
Education: Typically requires an ITI Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
