Support Staff Available: Care Team Model 4:1 24-hour Anesthesia Aide Department

General anesthesia care within care team model

Specialized tertiary anesthesia cases

No blocks arterial lines epidurals or spinals required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active Minnesota RN and CRNA licenses

Board: NBCRNA Certification

DEA: Not Required

Certifications: BLS ACLS

Experience: Minimum 1 year CRNA experience

Other Qualifications: Epic charting experience required; must reside 50 miles from facility

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide anesthesia services within a supervised care team model

Support operating room anesthesia coverage for scheduled shifts

Collaborate with anesthesia aides and surgical teams for efficient room turnover

Participate in optional beeper call coverage if interested

Maintain compliance with hospital credentialing and documentation standards
