Job Summary

Adelphi is seeking a school psychologist/ licensed psychologist to provide psychological services for a school in Albuquerque New Mexico. The ideal candidate will work closely with the school administration to provide psychological services to eligible students for special education services in accordance with established guidelines and standards of practice.

Requirements:

Minimum masters-level clinicians

Licensed to work in NM

School Psychologist a PED license is required

Responsibilities:

Design and implement evaluations including teacher consultation services that meet each students IEP-identified needs in compliance with state and federal regulations and professional ethics.

Comply with current documentation standards and Special Education Services policies and procedures.

Provide progress reports on the evaluation of student(s) Medicaid documentation or other evaluation reports as may be appropriate or required for each student.

Participate as needed in Evaluation Determination Team (EDT) and Individualized Education Program (IEP) Committee meetings for evaluation and/or consultation on specific students.

Consult with administrative personnel parents and/or school staff to address the needs of specific students or classrooms

Any other duties as assigned.
