Job Summary
LPN Development Centre
cTrace Solutions is seeking a LPN in Torrington CT . This role offers competitive pay weekly compensation and Sign on bonus
Location: Torrington CT
Compensation: $45-$ per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
Approx. 3 days per week (Sat/Sun/Mon) - Occasionally other days available. 24 hours/week
Contract length: 3-4 months (High likelihood of extension)
Key responsibilities:
- Must have experience with passing meds in nursing home-type setting.
- Experience with individuals with Intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
- This position would be responsible for medication and treatment administration on 2nd shift (2-1030p) for approximately 16 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Individuals range from mild to severe impairment with multiple medical diagnosis including but not limited to: seizure disorder dysphagia respiratory issues psychiatric illness with challenging behaviors.
- The LPN would report directly to the 2nd shift Charge RNand would be responsible for reporting any change in condition to the RN for follow up.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- OH LPN License
- CPR/BLS
- Must have 5 years of LPN experience
