About the Role

Whats the mission youll drive

Accelerate merchant activation by ensuring every new partner completes their first successful origination through timely equipment delivery clear process guidance and high-touch support. This role will remove setup barriers provide high-volume outreach and move merchants from onboarding into active revenue generation.

What you will do

  • Activate Merchants at Scale: Successfully activate (first origination) 500 merchants per month ensuring they complete onboarding and begin generating transactions quickly.

  • Execute High-Volume Outreach: Engage merchants daily through calls and WhatsApp resolving configuration issues answering questions and driving immediate action.

  • Build Activation Funnel Visibility: Create and structure activation performance reports to track funnel effectiveness merchant progression and bottlenecks.

  • Improve the Onboarding Experience: Collect actionable merchant feedback and continuously optimize the incorporation journey to reduce friction and increase activation speed.

  • Deliver Effective Integration Support: Provide daily trainings and hands-on support to merchants ensuring smooth setup and strong adoption of Addis tools and processes.

  • High-Speed Pipeline & Execution Excellence

    • Proven experience managing 500 monthly interactions while maintaining operational rigor and data integrity.

    • Ability to sustain a fast-paced activation workflow without losing quality or follow-up discipline.

  • Strong Commercial & Persuasion Mindset

    • Background in sales merchant activation or customer success with the ability to influence merchants to take immediate action.

    • Naturally proactive goal-driven and comfortable working with performance targets.

  • CRM Mastery

    • Expert use of Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) to track merchants across every stage of onboarding and activation in real time.

How the hiring process looks like

  • Step 3: Business Case Interview (60 min)

A structured case-based session designed to assess your analytical and strategic thinking. You will be asked to solve real-world challenges related to growth retention and merchant lifecycle activation under pressure.

  • Step 4: Final Interview (30 min)
