Job Summary

Were looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive meaningful business growth.

Youll be part of a collaborative and driven marketing team of four working across campaigns content events and partner initiatives that help build awareness and generate leads. Youll also take the lead on writing thought leadership pieces case studies and campaign content that clearly communicates our expertise and impact.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. Youll work closely with teams across Growth Sales and our Practices as well as external partners to ensure our marketing efforts are well coordinated and effective. Youll shape plans manage timelines and budgets and deliver across digital social email and events. Youll also use data to evaluate whats working identify opportunities and make improvements along the way.

This role will be reporting to the Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan execute and optimise GTM campaigns across digital social media email and events to support both brand and demand generation goals.

  • Partner with internal teams including events growth and practice leads and external vendors to develop compelling campaign assets and messaging.

  • Manage all aspects of marketing activities including timelines budgets assets and performance metrics to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Build and optimise campaigns using marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.

  • Analyse marketing activity performance to uncover insights inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.

  • Support the creation and optimisation of landing pages lead capture forms campaign assets and nurture workflows.

  • Ensure all campaigns reflect Versents brand voice and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as Account-Based Marketing (ABM) co-marketing with partners like AWS and Microsoft and GTM launches.

  • Support the execution of Versents marketing events calendar thought leadership and PR opportunities to support growth initiatives.

Skills and experience

  • 5 years of experience in B2B marketing ideally within the tech or consulting sectors.

  • Proven ability to lead marketing campaigns from concept to execution and optimisation.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).

  • Comfortable working with data and analytics to measure and refine performance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative collaborative and passionate about storytelling and brand building.
