Job Summary
Senior Technical Project Manager
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Shift: 6:00 PM 2:00 AM PHT (Fixed for first 36 months)

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager based in the Philippines to bridge the gap between Product Vision and Technical Execution. You will lead our offshore engineering team transitioning them into a disciplined Agile/Sprint-based environment.
You arent just moving tickets; you have foundational technical experience ideally with previous Q&A exposure and you can communicate complex technical hurdles to the highest levels of leadership in clear fluent English.
Key Responsibilities
Sprint Ownership: Implement and lead Scrum/Agile ceremonies. Transition the team to a structured sprint cycle.
Technical Liaison: Translate product requirements from the Product Manager (CEO) into technical tasks for developers. Manage environments and deployment schedules.
Quality Assurance (QA): Act as the final gatekeeper. Conduct functional testing and oversee QA processes to ensure new features dont break our codebase.
Vertical & Horizontal Communication: Provide high-level progress reports to leadership while maintaining deep culturally nuanced boots-on-the-ground communication with the PH dev team.
Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of new features bug reports and system architecture changes.
Requirements
Experience: 810 years in Project Management within a production-level software environment.
Technical Foundation: You must have a technical background (former developer or degree in CS/IT is preferred). You have worked with project management software like Jira and Confluence. Ideally you should understand Git workflows and environments (Dev/Staging/Prod).
Language: Native-level fluency in Filipino and Elite English communication skills (written and verbal).
Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working 6:00 PM 2:00 AM PHT to align with Western leadership for the first 36 months as we transition to an established workflow.
Bonus Points
Experience in Real Estate Tech or FinTech.
Scrum Master Certification.
