The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

We are seeking an experienced Dual Sales Manager to support a Courtyard and Fairfield Inn & Suites in Clarksville TN. This role is responsible for driving revenue through local negotiated corporate accounts group business and community relationships.

Responsibilities include:

Actively solicit and secure local negotiated rate (LNR) accounts with a strong focus on production and retention

Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses organizations and key community partners

Grow corporate group and extended stay business for both hotels

Conduct sales calls site tours and networking activities

Manage accounts contracts and production tracking

Collaborate with hotel leadership to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications:

Prior hospitality sales experience required

Proven success with local negotiated rate production

Strong communication organization and follow-up skills

Marriott brand experience preferred

Base Salary plus Bonus Structure Dental Vision Medical Benefits available. $45000-$55000
