About the team
Amazon Licensed Sports is building the future of sports shopping and working to bring fans the best customer experience possible. The Licensed Sports team is responsible for the customer experience retail partnerships selection expansion and fan engagement and marketing strategies across professional leagues like the NFL NBA WNBA and NHL as well as collegiate properties. The Licensed Sports team is a fast growing and strategically imperative business within Amazon Stores and were looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager to join our team.
- 3 years of product management experience
- Experience in product program or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Experience developing operational processes and technologies
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros pivots lookups) at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL MSAccess Tableau Essbase or Cognos)
- Experience working in or a strong passion for the business of sports
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products workflows or customer experiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
