Job Summary
Assistant Operations Director
Pictona at Holly Hill Daytona Beach Area
Full-Time
Pictona is a premier pickleball destination with 49 courts a championship stadium restaurant pro shop leagues tournaments and special events. We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Operations Director to support daily operations lead teams and help deliver an exceptional member and guest experience.
This role works closely with the Operations Director and leadership team and is ideal for a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations across the Pictona campus
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and provide visible leadership
- Help lead coach and support staff across multiple departments
- Ensure SOPs safety standards and service expectations are followed
- Assist with scheduling staffing coverage and training
- Support tournaments leagues and special events
- Identify process improvements and help implement operational systems
- Help resolve member guest and staff issues professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in operations hospitality recreation or facilities management
- Proven leadership in a fast-paced multi-department environment
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable enforcing policies while maintaining a people-first culture
- Flexible schedule including nights weekends and events
- Is knowledgeable about pickleball
