Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for all administrative and personnel matters at Coy level including pay enlistments discharges promotions and G1 preparation for operations/deployments. 2. Carry out as directed CNO and CVO duties within the WM AOR. 3. Perform the duties of: Security Officer Safety Health and Environment (SHE) Officer Fire Officer Equality and Diversity Officer at 63 Coy. 4. Perform the duties of Account Holder for the Coy Fund which includes responsibility for all items of non-public property. 5. In conjunction with RFCA (Estates) ensure the maintenance of Wiggin House and Bletchley ARC. 6. Ensuring effective compliance with the Battalion Recruitment and Retention policy and processes. 7. Support the ROSO in the implementation of the unit Community Engagement policy and associated activities. 8. Line Manager to the civilian and military permanent staff and Caretaker for 63 Coy. 9. Act as focal point for Bletchley Det lodger unit responsibility. 10. Any other duties as directed by the CoC. Domestic Considerations: Must be within a manageable commute to Stourbridge and able to travel on duty as required for mandated training courses for the current post or future progression. The Bn routine office hours are 0830-1700hrs Mon-Fri with reservist drill nights taking place every Wed 1930-2130hrs. The incumbent must be prepared to flexibly work around/outside these hours to provide support to UK Ops/CO 6 MI Bn. |
