1. Responsible for enabling Coy training and preparation for mobilisation through the co-ordinated use of Coy Permanent Staff personnel.
2. Account holder for Coy Service (Non Public) funds.
3. Line manager for Coy civilian staff.
4. Focal point for and co-ordination of Coy G1-G9 staff functions.
5. Co-ordinating and advising on all Coy MS reporting assisting with accurate and timely MS and Soldier promotion grading boards in conjunction with the Reserve chain of command.
6. Sub unit Security Officer
7. Sub unit Welfare Officer with responsibility for CNO/CVO duties when required.
8. Any other task ordered or implied by the Chain of command.
