Internal applicants must meet the following criteria at the time of application:
Be employed with Family Solutions of Illinois for a minimum of 12 months
Meet all minimum education licensure and credentialing requirements for the Mental Health Professional (MHP) role as outlined below
Be in good standing with no active disciplinary actions and meet current performance expectations for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months

What Youll Do
Provide Impactful Care: Conduct culturally responsive trauma-informed clinical assessments and evaluations that honor each clients strengths needs and goals.
Partner in Healing: Collaborate with clients families treatment teams and community partners to develop meaningful individualized treatment plans.
Support Through All Seasons: Deliver therapy crisis intervention case management and other clinical services that meet clients where they are.
Respond with Care: Address client needs promptly and thoughtfully ensuring timely support during critical moments.
Document with Purpose: Maintain accurate timely and compliant clinical documentation to support quality care and regulatory standards.
Practice with Integrity: Uphold ethical standards confidentiality and professional conduct in alignment with licensure and Family Solutions values.
Grow with Us: Participate in training quality improvement initiatives and team collaboration that support professional growth and excellent outcomes.
Deliver Consistent Services: Provide consistent client-centered services by meeting an average productivity expectation of 28 billable hours per week supported by strong documentation and teamwork.

What Were Looking For
Minimum Education - Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience pathways:
Option 1 (Preferred): Bachelors or Masters degree in counseling and guidance rehabilitation counseling social work education vocational counseling psychology pastoral counseling family therapy or a related human service field
Option 2: Bachelors degree in any other field plus 2 years of documented supervised clinical experience
Option 3: High school diploma or GED plus at least 5 years of documented clinical experience in mental health or human services.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in clinical care with a focus on Community-Based/Outpatient behavioral health experience preferred
Certifications: Ability to complete First Aid CPR de-escalation and required professional development training
Other Requirements:
