You will manage the Corporate Accounting Department and global consolidation to ensure the accuracy of financial information as well as review develop and implement accounting procedures. You will also supervise a team of accounting staff and prepare financial analyses of operations including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules.
Responsibilities
- Manages the day-to-day activities of one or more of the Corporate Accounting sub-functions
- Ensures day-to-day accounting and month-end activities for assigned Corporate and/or Business Unit entity which includes close-out of General Ledger and preparation of reports
- Collaborates with global finance teams in consolidating global financial results and prepares both internal and external consolidated financial statements
- Assists with developing and maintaining accurate accounting procedures and policies to ensure the efficient operation of the accounting department
- Collaborates with Corporate Finance and Business Units to ensure Corporate accounting procedures and policies remain up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations and to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in an Accounting related function
- 3 years of supervisory or management experience
- 3 years in public accounting preferred
Bachelors degree from a four-year college in Accounting Finance or related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalent
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Preferred
- Demonstrated integrity commitment to customer service quality collaboration teamwork drive compliance hard work discipline accountability and continuous improvement
- Very strong business acumen with ability to build relationships with management and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experienced with monitoring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures
- Strong project management skills with ability to support multiple simultaneous business initiatives
- Very strong communication skills including up down across within and outside the organization
- Ability to build strong relationships across disciplines throughout the entire company
- Commitment to personal development including both team and self
- Uses influence to stretch the thinking within the business
- Experience with OneStream or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) consolidation software preferred
- Travel- Occasional- less than 5%
