About this Position:
Job Title: Project Manager
Tasks and Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage the consultant team with full responsibility for overall project delivery and consultant performance.

Stakeholder Reporting: Report project status tasks and risks to client ensuring timely execution and alignment with executive goals.

Operational Management: Schedule and lead meetings document minutes and manage resource plans and project approach documents.

Administrative Oversight: Handle the recruitment of personnel review deliverables and manage invoices and insurance reporting.

Systems Implementation: Oversee critical transitions including Transit Access/Blackcat Workday (Payroll/Finance) and Enterprise projects.

Business Analysis: Facilitate SME discussions to define program requirements and map current and future state workflows.

SFS Optimization: Draft business cases for functionality changes and analyze configurations developed by teams.

Testing & Reporting: Review testing scenarios/scripts and provide recommendations for future-state reporting and analytics capabilities.

Change Management: Lead change initiatives and develop communication tools like websites workshops and conference calls.

End-User Support: Monitor user proficiency and provide ongoing transaction support via SharePoint email and help sessions.
Required/Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a project manager leading a complex project related to financial operations.

Preferred experience with a state transportation agency.
-
Preferred knowledge of clients Financial Systems and Statewide Financial System or other comparable state transportation agencies of comparable size and complexity.

Preferred experience with a project having a minimum value of $5M.

Preferred experience involved projects with a duration of at least three (3) years.

Preferred project management certification from a nationally recognized organization.
