| Duties and Responsibilities | Identification of related party transactions and preparation of disclosure Related Party transaction invoicing and end to end reconciliation Assist in assessment and documentation of arms length of related party transactions Compliance of Audit committee and shareholders approval for related party transactions |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | Fresher Chartered Accountant Well versed with Indian Accounting Standards & RBI circulars MS Excel proficiency Analytical ability Positive attitude and team player |
