Core Responsibilities:
Implement & track in-store branding strategies to enhance brand visibility in drive period campaigns & in-store activations as per aligned consumer audience & channel priorities to help deliver Consumer Sales KPI.
Improve & monitor Top 10 stores to be Best-in-Class execution.
Manage relationships with retail partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives to help achieve Customer Pulse KPI.
Own and lead the execution for key events in malls/in-store to increase brand presence and customer engagement.
Monitor performance of in-store promotions and provide feedback to optimize strategies.
Manage relationships with internal and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Lead & monitor in-store promoter program for retail.

This role is in India & Emerging Asia business unit (IEA BU) covering 5 key markets a mix of direct coverage (India) and distributor coverage (Indonesia Thailand Philippines Vietnam). Focus for this role is India.
Overall focus is to accelerate business growth via recruiting kids and adults by a) enhancing coolness perception b) improving the understanding of brand value proposition and c) enhancing engagement across physical & online retail channels.
This role is part of the BU marketing organization which includes Brand Marketing Digital Marketing Trade Marketing reporting to the BU Head of Marketing. The team is highly collaborative dynamic and energetic espousing the values and behaviors of the LEGO Group.
Do you have what it takes
Bachelors degree in business/marketing or equivalent working experience is preferred
Minimum 3 years of working experience in trade marketing preferably within FMCG beauty or toy sectors.
Strong project management vendor coordination and event management skills.
Ability to travel 30-40% of time intra & inter-city.
Ability to work independently demonstrating resourcefulness.
A focus on execution with strong commercial competence and drive to succeed.
Shopper-centric orientation with a proven record in developing retail activations for in-store and online.
Strong collaborator and relationship builder.
Strong computer skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal skill and a service-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
